By creating an account or using Heartfelt, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Heartfelt.

If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

You agree to:

• provide accurate account information
• keep your login details secure
• use Heartfelt only for lawful purposes
• not impersonate another person

Everything you create on Heartfelt belongs to you. This includes photos, videos, messages, and postcards.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

When you send a postcard, you give us permission to store and deliver it only for the purpose of providing the service.

We will never sell your content, use your content for advertising, or train AI models on your content without your explicit permission.

We take privacy seriously.

Your postcards and account data are stored using secure infrastructure and access controls designed to protect your information.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to help improve Heartfelt, such as postcards sent, postcards opened, and feature usage. This information is not used to identify you personally.

Heartfelt is intended for genuine, respectful communication.

You may not use Heartfelt to create or send content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or deceptive or fraudulent.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Where required by law, we may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

You can delete postcards from your account at any time.

You may also request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Some content you have already shared with recipients may remain visible to them after account deletion.

We work hard to keep Heartfelt available, secure, and reliable.

However, Heartfelt is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, Heartfelt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

If you have paid for Heartfelt, our liability is limited to the amount paid during the previous 12 months.

If you use Heartfelt free of charge, our liability is limited to £100.

We may update these Terms as Heartfelt evolves.

If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the service or by email.

Continued use of Heartfelt after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
